Walking For Weight Loss – How to Find the Proper Routine

The next time you turn on the television, find a sports channel and watch the plethora of exercise commercials that they show. You’ve got Gatorade, Nike and other shoe companies telling you to run, run, run. Then of course if it’s not running it’s hitting the gym like there is no tomorrow. However, how many times do you see walking for weight loss commercials?

Probably never because it’s not a quick adrenaline rush watching LeBron James walk around the block. Instead you are entertained by high-flying dunks, suspenseful baseball action, and even commercials surrounding the UFC. Whatever the case may be, no matter who you talk too, taking a walk sounds boring.

The good news is it doesn’t have to be. All you have to do is find the proper routine to shed the pounds and start walking for weight loss. The bad news is you’re going to have to stick with the program and add a couple other facets, but the end result will be easily attainable. read more »
